Between her and the trashiness is why I am happily leaving. Unfortunately it was just the beginning. Of course we're the ones having to pay for comcast to come out and repeatedly hook our internet back up. These aren't even all the problems we have had. All of them took weeks, if not months for them to fix, and some of them still aren't fixed. We've threatened to move out multiple times and that seems the be the only thing that makes them come by, even then they only fix one or two things rather than all.

We hear your concerns and have been working to improve our internet services, because we know how important they are to our residents. We do have a courtesy package policy where we immediately send notices to residents when packages arrive, and hold packages until they’re picked up. But we do ask that if residents are expecting packages that they come to the office to check for their arrival on the day they expect their packages to arrive.
Very nice homes and a decent location being 5 minutes from 465. The down side is ive noticed latley the managment has been fairly poor. Oh and maintnence will just walk in any time unanounced that caught me off gaurd the first couple times. But they are fairly nice apartments if they would just work out some of the issues. Tons of apartments only 4 dumpsters they are almost always overflowing. Walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors coughing or having a normal conversation.

I called and left a message about my filter being filthy and after a week of not hearing anything I had to call again. On new years day my apartment flooded with 2 inches of water in every room. My carpets are still wet and my whole apartment now reeks of mildew which is making me sick. I have a bad cough and feel like there is something in my chest. They didn't help me with any of the clean up. My bathtub freezes from the poorly insulated walls and my walk in closet is freezing cold even with the heat on 72.

You can expect to walk at least a mile from your parking spot to your apartment. I am a college student so wifi is essential to me. I have the highest wifi package that they offer & I am often having to go to Starbucks to get a reliable wifi connection. In the summer found two frogs in our apartment and are often finding VERY large spiders. When you try to call the office they NEVER pick up the phone.
Which floor plans are available and what are the price ranges?
My bed is in my living room right now because the bedroom smells horrible. The dumpster is over flowing out into the road and its disgusting. I suggest u look elsewhere for a place to live and do not move in here.
